I think, 儀式林 and 変態面接官（ザ・フェチ）林 aren't same person.

谷's height is 174cm, and 林's height is 175cm.

I've checked these videos again. They aren't the same person. Thanks for correcting the mistake. 儀式林's height in PG80 is 187cm.

If the man in 林.jpg is 変態面接官林, I will rename 林.jpg to 変態面接官林.jpg. Is he 変態面接官林?

It's better to delete that file because 変態面接官林 doesn't actually act in BABYLON series. 林 is the name of the man who acts in BABYLON STAGE 29 with 谷. The man showed on the file which acts in 変態面接官 is just a random man who (sort of) looks like 儀式林.
